Irked by 15-day water cut, locals hurl 'black ink' on DGVCL official - Tv9 Gujarati

Surat: Angry about the lack of water supply, residents threw black ink on Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL) official. The residents had not received water for more than 15 days and their anger turned into violence after repeated complaints to address the issue.
