How to Reset Your Payoneer Account Password

If you have forgotten your Payoneer account password, you can use our online password retrieval tool by clicking here: https://myaccount.payoneer.com/Login/LostPassword.aspx. Your e-mail is also the username for logging into your Payoneer Account.
Please note that you will need to have your physical Payoneer card in order to reset your account password. However, if you have applied for our Global Bank Transfer Service, you will be able to reset your password with your bank account number.
