Ingredients:
- Bhindi (Ocra) 1 kg

- Dal Masoor (Red lentils) half cup
- Garlic 3 tbs
- Coriander powder 1 tbs
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
- Curry powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1.5 tsp
- Salt (to taste)
- Oil 1 cup
