Argentina Now Has Safe Place to Operate in Wall Street

Argentina’s recent partial victory over the holdout creditors known as “vulture funds,” is hailed by analysts who point out that the new ruling protects Argentina’s Central Bank reserves and its account in Wall Street, giving it a save place to operate while it pays back its loans.
