Bolivia: Social Movements Push for Morales' Reelection

The Bolivian Legislative Assembly approved a bill that would amend the constitution and enable President Evo Morales to run for reelection in 2020. The bill, promoted by peasant groups, labor unions, and social organizations, and backed by a march of 20,000 in La Paz, must now be ratified by a voter referendum.
