A woman survived after she was knocked down, dragged underneath and then run over again by an electric tricyclein Nanling County, east China's Anhui Province.The woman was walking across a street whe a parked electric tricycle suddenly set off and knocked her down, and then dragged her several meters under the vehicle as the driver attempted a U-turn maneuver. Instead of getting out to check on the victim, the driver tried to back up the vehicle but ran over the woman again.
