Cops apologize for testing sirens to settle 'nee-nah' or 'woo-woo' debate

Some police officers in Britain are apologizing to a community after they blared their sirens for a primary school which was trying to settle a debate over whether the sirens go "woo-woo" or "nee-nah." Jen Markham (@jenmarkham) explains.
