Crowds Watch Jets of Flood Water Shooting Out of Shihmen Dam

Taiwanese authorities released flood waters at Taoyuan City's Shihmen Dam after typhoon Dujuan hit the country on Monday. Crowds gathered to watch the controlled release of flood water jetting out of the dam, safe with the knowledge that this water won't be flooding their homes or destroying their businesses.
