Clerk Body Slammed During Robbery, Doesn't Give Up
Philadelphia, PA - On 9-1-15 at 7:35pm, two males entered the Metro PCS store at 4229 N Broad wearing masks. Suspect #1 went behind the counter and pointed a black handgun at the complainant and demanded that he get on the floor and the money from the cash register, while the suspect #2 detained a customer. Suspect #1 grabbed complainant by his neck and threw him to
the floor and started taking the money. The complainant got up and grabbed suspect #1's arm to stop him and the suspect struck the complainant in his head with the gun. Seeing that the gun was plastic, the complainant got up and attempted to stop the suspects and they fled the store. Taken was approx. $1000 USC.
Suspect Description: Suspect #1 - 20-25 year old black male, 6’ ft., 160lbs, dark mask, white tee shirt, blue jeans and dark sneakers. Suspect #2 - 20-25 year old black male, 6’ ft., 160lbs, dark mask, white long sleeve shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers.
Vehicles: #1 - Older model dark colored sedan, possible Nissan Maxima, #2 - Beige or gold colored small SUV
