The 2nd World People's Conference on Climate Change will end Monday in Cochabamba, Bolivia. Over 7,000 participants heard the conclusions from the conference's 12 working groups that met over the weekend. Bolivian President Evo Morales, in addressing the gathering, said that capitalism was Mother Earth's cancer and was responsible for global warming. The resolutions of the gathering will be presented to UN's 2015 Climate Change Conference to be held in Paris at the end of the year. teleSUR
