I've gained some weight this past year, about 20 pounds of fat. I'm going to be attempting to lose it using different techniques. In the past when I've tried to lose weight I've weighed myself everyday using my wii and balance board. It keeps me accountable and influences what I eat. Please join me in losing weight while we explore different tips, tricks and techniques to shed fat and get some sweet weight loss going on.
