Mutton khara masala OR Khara Masala Gosht is a North Indian dish. Recipe name say it self that meat is cooked in whole spices so the process is simple. Believe me this dish has awesome flavor and taste.
INGREDIENTS:
Mutton 1/2 kg
GARAM MASALA WHOLE( WHOLE SPICES) list
cloves 4-5 (sorry i forgot in video)
whole red chillies 4 pieces
white cumin seeds 1 tsp
black cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
whole black pepper 1/2 tsp
black cardamom 2
cinnamon stick 2 small pieces
macr 1 piece
bay leaves 2
combine all the whole spices and set aside
FOR GRAVY:
oil OR ghee 1/2 cup
ginger chopped 1 tbsp
garlic chopped 2 tbsp
onions 2 large sliced
2 medium tomatoes
yogurt 1/4 cup OR 4 tbsp
red chili powder 1/2 tsp
salt as required
FOR GARNISH:
coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp
green chilies 1-2 cut into slices
ginger julienne for garnish
