Web Summit: Technology to get online shoppers 'over the line'

French start-up iAdvize connects online shoppers via live chat to sales staff and nominated experts to advise them on purchases they're considering. The company has raised €14 million in funding this year, which it's hoping to use to expand into new markets. iAdvize's Chief Executive Julien Hervouët spoke to FRANCE 24 at the Web Summit in Dublin.
