SUNSHINE COAST, AUSTRALIA — Australian Instagram celebrity Eseena O'Neill announced last week that she's giving up and quitting social media because it's all fake.
In a 17-minute long video that is extremely painful to watch, O'Neill explains why she is giving up her celebrity social media status.
The 19-year-old had about a million followers on her Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat accounts when she announced to her fans that "nothing is real" when it comes to social media.
She has since deleted about 2,000 pictures from her social media accounts and edited the captions on some of her Instagram photos to let people know she was paid money to promote clothes, food and beauty products.
O'Neill has now started a website called "Let's be game changers" where she posts videos of herself talking about how she's shouldn't be the focus of whatever she's rambling about.
Now the only thing she needs to worry about is money, which is why at the end of her 17-minute video she asks viewers for a handout because she can afford rent.
Maybe she should stop wasting her time ranting into the camera and go out into the real world and look for a job.
