BUTTER CHICKEN
ingredients:
chicken 1/2 kg
onion 1 large finely chopped
tomato paste 2 tbsp 1/2 cup pani me mix kr ln.
ginger 1/2 inch crushed
garlic 1 tbsp crushed
salt 1+1/2 tsp kuch ing do jagha dalney hn
red chilli pwd 1+1/2 tsp
haldi 1/2 +1/4 tsp
zeera pwd 1/2 + 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
dar chini 1 inch ka tukra
long 5
choti ilaichi 4
cream 2,3 tbsp
dahi 1/4 cup
hara dhanya 1/2 bunch
hari mirch paste 1 tbsp
oil 1/4 cup
butter 70 grams
METHOD:
sb se pehly 1 tsp red chilli pwd,1 tsp salt,1/2 tsp haldi,1/2 tsp gram masala,1/2 tsp zeera pwd,tomato paste,hari mirch ka paste or dahi mix kr k chicken ko uss me marinate krne rakh dn 1 hour k liye.
ab pan me 1/4 cup oil me butter melt kr ln .phr uss me whole gram masala karkara ln,is k bad onion daal k soft kr ln,jb zara sa colour brown ki taraf aany lagey tou iss me garlic or ginger daal dn.achi tarha bhoon ln.
onions ko brown bilkul nhi krna
ab baqi tamam masala,lal mirch pwd,haldi,zeera pwd,or salt add kr dn.2 mint bhoon ln.
ab iss me marinate kia hoa chicken add kr den or low flame pe cover kr k pakaien.
chicken or tomatoes ka pani release ho jaega.
ab issi pani me chicken ko completely cook honey tk pakka ln.extra pani ki zaroorat nhi paregi.
jb oil oper aajaey or chicken gal jaey to iss me cream add kr den.
mix karein or hara dhanya daal k 2 min dum pe rakhien or stove off kr k gram garam naan k sath serve karien
