I spend most of my time on my main passion which is creating and performing music. However my second favorite past-time is exercising ...specifically strength training. I've posted the first 2 weeks worth of my favorite 8 week strength training program below.

...I'll put my weights in parenthesis, but just go as heavy as you personally can handle. I usually workout three days a week (so about every other day), and this whole routine take about 1.5hrs per day.

BTW, Just do assisted dips/pull-ups if you can't yet do your body weight, and MAKE SURE to eat/drink at least 30grams of protein within 30min of waking up each morning, and eat/drink at least 40grams of protein within 45min of finishing your workout. (great for girls as well). Any questions just ask... :)

WEEK 1
Day 1 - 5x12 squats 225lbs
5x12 deadlift 205lbs
50 ab-wheel
50 back extensions

Day 2 - Incline bench press 5x12 135lbs
Overhead press 5x12 - 75lbs
45 degree barbell row 5x10-12 (105lbs)
Dumbell side bend 5x5 (12lbs
