Viral video shows arrogant Railways staff's apathy towards duty

We all face similar situation when attendants at railway counter are either away or turn a deaf ear to our request for issuing tickets as they are engrossed in anything excepting their duty. Heated argument broke out at busy ticket counter at Lokmanya Tilak Terminus in Mumbai between the railways employee manning the booth and the crowd at the counter.
