In late 1989, Circulation Entertainment Company, Inc. currently uses the same logo from 1980 and is owned by The Circulation Group. Circulation Entertainment begin selling every videos that were delivered to every home video stores in the past and everyone likes to rent and enjoy watching every classic movies on home video. After being sold to Warner Communications, Inc. (now Time Warner, Inc.), Circulation Entertainment holds the ability to reimposed some video companies so that it'll begin to sell every movies in the 1990s until its new look in the year of 1995. Therefore, this logo is taken from "The Impact Finder" 1993 VHS. Thanks everyone and enjoy watching this video.
