Keshilli Bashkiak i Durresit ka miratuar Planin e Pergjithshem Rregullues te qytetit, kusht per te lejuar ndertime te reja, te bllokuara ne fakt prej gati dy vjetesh.
Keshilltaret kerkuan sqarime teknike mbi kriteret e reja per lejet e ndertimit, ndersa perfaqesuesit e studios italiane qe ka hartuar planin rregullues te qytetit bregdetar, sqaruan hapesiren qe do te zene ndertimet. Plani percakton keshtu drejtimin e zhvillimit urban te Durresit per 20 apo 30 vitet e ardhshme. Per te hyre ne fuqi ky plan i pergjithshem, duhet te miratohet nga Keshilli Kombetar i Territorit.
Westmoreland Municipal Council approved the General Regulatory Plan of the city, provided to allow for new construction, blocked in effect for almost two years.
Councillors asked for technical clarifications on the new requirements for building permits, and the representatives of the Italian studio has developed regulatory plan coastal city, explained that the space will be occupied buildings. The plan defines thus the direction of urban development in Durres for 20 or 30 years. To enter into force this general plan, must be approved by the National Council of Territory.
