There's getting arrested for masturbating in public, and then there's this Tennessee freak
SURGOINSVILLE, TENNESSEE — A perverted sex show in a public park in Surgoinsville, Tennessee on Tuesday ended with an arrest after the local police chief witnessed the entire thing.
David Kimbrough, 43, was in his silver Dodge minivan in the parking lot of the Riverfront park just before 9:45 a.m., the Kingsport Times-News reported, citing the complaint affidavit filed by Surgoinsville Police Chief James Hammonds. Hammonds watched Kimbrough exit his vehicle and fiddle with his pants before he walked out on the pier, exposed himself and started masturbating.
"He didn't know I was a police officer. He thought I was just another person who pulled up and was going to sit there a few minutes," Hammonds told the Kingsport Times-News. "He knew he was doing it in front of an audience. He walked on to the fishing pier like he'd walked onto a stage and was putting on a performance."
Kimbrough walked back towards the parking lot, and Hammonds confronted him. He searched Kimbrough and found a tube of Vaseline and panties stuffed in his shirt to simulate breasts.
After being cuffed and taken to the police car, Kimbrough complained of pain and told Hammonds he had an enema stuck up his rectum.
"When I cuffed him and started to have him sit in the car, that's when he told me he had to get something out. He said he had an enema up his rectum," Surgoinsville Police Chief James Hammond told the Kingsport Times News.
Hammonds uncuffed him and allowed him to remove it before he was taken to the Hawkins County Jail. Kimbrough was charged with indecent exposure and fined $500.
