Refugees' new challenge: Europe's winter

The EU’s refugee crisis is facing a fresh challenge – migrants arriving unprepared for winter conditions.

Temperatures have dipped below zero degrees Celsius on the German-Austrian border in recent days, reports Reuters.

German and Austrian police have been gathering donated warm clothes, to hand out to the refugees.
