Honduran Gov't Could Face Lawsuit from Rosenthals

In October U.S. authorities detained Honduras business magnate Yankel Rosenthal and his cousin Yani, accusing them of money laundering and drug trafficking. Without waiting for a guilty verdict, Honduran authorities confiscated their Banco Continental and other family assets. Now that the U.S. government has dismissed the charges, the Honduran government faces a multi-million dollar lawsuit for having acted illegally.
