Colombian Peace Accords to be Submitted to Referendum

The Colombian Senate approved a bill to submit the final peace accords to a plebiscite. To pass, the "yes" vote must be supported by 4.5 of Colombia's 33 million voters and receive more votes than the "no" vote. The government will finance campaigns for both the "yes" and "no" votes. The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia reject the referendum as it was not agreed to by the two sides at the negotiating table. Natalia Margarita reports from Bogota. teleSUR
