Late on Wednesday President Nicolas Maduro announced several changes following Sunday’s parliamentary elections defeat. He asked his cabinet to resign and promised important changes in his administration given that the Sunday’s vote shows a clear message from the population. He promised that after the defeats, new victories will come. teleSUR
