Public procurement as a way of finding synergies between public and private interests : adoption of 35 criteria companies have to fulfil in their daily work for the production process of goods and services. The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is evaluated on the basis on these criteria and allows a good overview of the company policy prior the signature of the contract.
