Since Tuesday, Russian jets have hit more than 200 Islamist targets in several Syrian provinces, including those of Aleppo and Raqqa. One of the largest strongholds destroyed was Islamic State's command post in Idlib. Russia has also granted Western media access to its key hub in Latakia.
