aaloo 1/2 kg boiled
hari mirch 3 chopped
hara dhanya 1/2 bunch
lal mirch pwd 1/2 tsp
lal mirch crushed 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
cumin seeds 1 tsp
cumin pwd 1/2 tsp
coriander pwd 1/2 tsp
turmeric 1/4 tsp
amchor or khatai pwd 1 tsp
oil 1 tbsp
For dough:
maida 2 cups
ghee 2 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
carom seeds(ajwaien) 1/4 tsp
water 1/2 cup (use same cup)
take 2 tbsp maida and 2 tbsp water and mix it well,it is your samosas glue
