Dahod : 13-year-old Rakesh Patel did not think twice before plunging into one such well, where The sight of an abandoned well infested with stinking vege tation and poi sonous insects could be put off for most, When he got to know that a six year-old boy had fallen inside.
Rakesh, who lives in Suthar Falia near Ruvabari village of Dahod district, has be en selected for the national bravery award and will be felicitated for such a noble work on the Republic Day next year. He will also participate in the Republic Day parade along with other brave children like him.
