iCrepe - Hugo The Bear

iCrepe, a Singaporean crepe-based food kiosk, approached us with a request we've never seen before: showcasing their crepes in a fun, memorable way that would appeal to youths.
We wanted a novel approach that went beyond cool Instagram foodporn with filters, and finally hit upon the concept of stopmotion.
And thus Hugo the Bear and his friend was born. And what an eye-opening shoot it was for us! The painstaking process needed to animate less than a minute of footage was truly a sight for us.
