Salabhasana in full spectrum yoga is a downward facing pose that arches the back in a lifting stretch. This asana gives good exercise for the abdomen. It relieves constipation, tones the abdominal viscera -- liver, pancreas, kidneys, etc. -- and removes several diseases of the stomach and bowels. It cures sluggishness of liver and hunchback.
Benefits:Shalabhasana is useful for stomach., Lumber, waist portions and to the legs. Practice of this asana removes constipation. The waist remains trim if you practice Shalabhasana regularly.
