How to test if your Internet service has packet loss

In this video I show you how test to see if your internet service has packet loss which can cause issues. Some common signs of packet loss are; disconnects from party chat in gaming services, rubber banding, lag, people in chat only hearing part of what you say, dropped calls on voip phone system etc. I also show how to narrow down the network ip address the packet loss is coming from. This way you can contact your internet service provider and have them fix the problem faster. In this video I am using windows 7 this works similarly with other versions of windows.
