The year 2012 wasn't that happening one for the actor Neil Nitin Mukesh, but this year he has two films lined up for release, and the one which is currently riding high on buzz is the horror flick 3G-(2013). In the film Neil will be seen with the 'Jannat' girl Sonal Chauhan.
Directed by Sheershak Anand and Shantanu Ray Chibber, the movie 3G is touted as the first of its kind psychological thriller, which is exclusively shot at Fiji. Neil plays Sam in the film, and will be seen in a new get-up. The movie is also special for him because of Sonal Chauhan, with whom he shares a great camaraderie. Apparently, the two started dating while shooting for the flick.
In one of his past tweets Neil already gave some dope on the film. Neil Nitin Mukesh tweeted, "3Gthemovie is a horror! It reminds me of Gregory Peck's "Omen", Harrison Ford's "What Lies Beneath", Bruce Willis' "Sixth Sense" Horror is one genre I've always loved and wanted to do. Never heard the script of a classy horror until I was offered 3Gthemovie."
Since the movie's main lead has already compared the film with Hollywood thrillers, expect the movie to be a visual treat -- high on suspense and drama.
The first poster of the film is also an interesting creation with a shriveled hand bursting out of a mobile phone screen. Looks like the mobile does have a spooky connection, but what's with the polished nails? Ssshh...koi hai?
