Blizzard Conditions Close Manitoba Highways

Three highways were closed in Manitoba, Canada, on Sunday, February 7, as drivers faced blizzard conditions with driving snow and high winds. RCMP Manitoba warned at least 14 vehicles were involved in collisions with some drivers left stranded on the roadside. This video shows the extreme conditions and abandoned cars on Highway 3.
