PYRENEES MOUNTAINS, SPAIN — New video footage has surfaced online that some believe confirms the existence of the mythological creature known as the yeti.
The images and video were captured at a ski resort in the Pyrenees mountains of Northeastern Spain on Jan. 29. They were posted by a user named Kangaroo, with the caption "Strange animal spotted in Formigal. What the hell is this? A bear or a bloody yeti? We have warned the station but they have not taken us seriously."
The resort conducted an investigation shortly afterwards. A spokesman for the resort stated that they had spoke to the witnesses and identified the area where the sighting has occurred.
After combing the area, they report to have found nothing, and as a result have guaranteed guest safety under the belief that there's no cause for alarm. The resort has promised to remain on alert, just in case.
