A family in central Victoria are holding onto hope their sister and mother is still alive after she went missing three weeks ago.
Mother-of-four Samantha Kelly, 39, was last seen on January 20 at around 3.20pm taking money out of an ATM on High Street at Kangaroo Flat.
Homicide squad detectives were dispatched to the area yesterday, but her children, Ethan, 5, Hermione, 6, Indi, 4, Annabella, 1, and her brother Michael and his partner Daniella are hoping for some good news.
