Pope breaks protocol during Mexico visit to bless child in wheelchair

Footage of Pope Francis blessing a child in a wheelchair during his visit to Chiapas, Mexico.

The video, filmed in in southern Mexico on Monday, shows the wheelchair being lifted up towards the stage by the Pope's assistants and members of the crowd so the Pontiff can bless the child.

It is reportedly against protocol for the Pope to do this.
