When GFF Mag posted a recipe for the Best Effin' Chicken from James Beard and Michelin-starred chef Daniel Patterson, we HAD to know: was it really? While there is a huge debate on the "right" way to roast a chicken, all we know is that this recipe is absolutely genius and easily our favorite way to roast up that bird.
