Since Tommy Pickles is a baby, it was natural for him to cry a lot (but not as much as Angelica!) But did anyone else notice how they used to often use that same stock crying sound effect for Tommys bawling? (Its another one of Rugrats most famous stock sound effects, along with the Stu Pickles scream.)\r
