Asia Bibi se Mumtaz Qadri Tak
Mumtaz Qadri killed a man who did not even commit blasphemy. Blasphemy Law is abused a lot in Pakistan. By A lot I mean tremendously. Nobody to this day has been hanged for it. Taseer said what everyone else says- There is no justice in Pakistan. Only he said it in regards to the Blasphemy laws. As for Blasphemy Law - It is NOT in the Quran. A Law that has Capital Offense is NOT in the Quran. Which Ulema ruled Taseer as Wajib-ul-Qatl and gave the Green light to any muslim to do the honors!? The fact of the matter is there is no more ulema. No orthodoxy. No Khalifah. No Islamic central authority.
This is not just a failure of Justice system of the Pakistani nation, this is also a colossal failure of the Ulama. Ulama more so because their ineptitude led to the murder of an innocent man in the name of Muhammad(saw). If there ever was a higher blasphemy to be done, then Qadri did it even more than Asia Masih allegedly did. Asia Masih actually hasn't killed anyone. Unlike Qadri who killed an Islamically Legal Innocent Man. I am not a fan of Taseer or Asia Bibi, but since no charge was brought against Taseer and no opportunity was given to say anything on the matter - Taseer is Innocent In ANY Court of Law - Even Islamic. Whose fault is that? Mr Ashiq-e-Rasool Mumtaz Qadri's. I don't know how people can celebrate Mumtaz Qadri because they haven't proved anything against Taseer at all according to Islamic Law.
Even the Advocate Ismaeel Qureshi, the man who wrote Pakistan's Blasphemy Laws saw this evidence and admitted that there are mistakes in the Law. Qureshi acknowledged that mistakes had been made in the research upon which the judicial interpretation of Pakistan's blasphemy law now rests. The history and process of how the events transpired to produce the law in its current form therefore, reads like a series of unfortunate errors.
