Way of the Samurai 3 GTS 450 1080p gameplay

Way of the Samurai 3 gameplay and performance test on Ge Force GTS 450 card,at 1080p resolution. Looks like game is hard locked to 30 fps. Game is using 40 percent of gpu core,and 450 mb vram checked in MSI Afterburner. I am playing game on windows 7 ultimate x 64 sp1
