Fire Tears Through Brooklyn Apartment Buildings, Injuring 11

A fire broke out in a residential building along DeKalb Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn, on the night of March 29, quickly spreading to three neighboring buildings. According to tweets from the New York City Fire Department, the blaze originally registered as a three-alarm fire, but was upgraded to a five-alarm fire by 11:15 pm.
