When a surfer powers up his computer, launches a program, writes an e-mail, or logs on an online application, he often feels, consciously or subconsciously, immersed in a timeless "place" or "space" that is loaded with a wide array of artistic iconography and iconology. The cyberspace encourages an artistic awareness and action of the surfer. Sharing artistic information is one of the more promising prospects of cyberspace.
