Bounce TV's "Family Time" is a half hour sitcom created by Bentley Kyle Evans (Martin, The Jamie Foxx Show, Love That Girl) is a remix of The Cosby Show meets snapbacks, tattoos and skinny jeans.
EURweb's associate LaCora Stephens sat down with the director, executive producer and creator of the new hit series.
Bentley explains that, "Family Time is a story that needed to be told in that it's a new depiction of the new age African American family. Some pieces are pulled out of the pages of my life." It centers around the life and times of The Stallworths, a working class African American family who scratches off a lottery ticket and jumps to middle class overnight. They're an authentic picture of an African American family working to live the dream.
