I have found a fix! This game gets higher frames and runs better on Windows 8.1! This game is terribly optimized for dual core CPUs.It freezes lags out.
I have re-recorded the video because last time I have set BF4 to high priority in Task Manger which caused Dxtory to bug out and record at huge lag. So this .
