In an act of inhumanity, two men in were spotted dragging a dog behind their bike, which was being driven at high speed. Two onlookers saw them dragging the dog, which had been tied to the bike with a leash, and gave them a chase. Reportedly they followed those two idiots for about two km and managed to stop them. They also rescued the bloodied dog whose paws had been mangled.The men were arrested later by the Sama police. The dog is in good hands now. It is being treated for it's injuries at an animal hospital and being taken good care of.
