Jesse is a “25 year old” male that was talking to what he thought was a 14 year old girl on snapchat. I got her to get me his number and he talked what he wanted to do if “she” wanted to. I had a decoy walking with him for half a block and met up with him and he STILL denied it but after said he wouldn’t do it again. You’re done bud! Awareness is power dont let this person around your kids.
