Ingredients:
2 & 1/2 Cups Dry Coconut, Grated
15-20 Dry Red Chillies
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 Cup Garlic
Salt to taste
Method:
- In a flat bottom pan dry roast grated coconut.
- Once it changes color remove it in a bowl.
- Then dry roast red chillies. Add it to the grated coconut.
- Then roast sesame seeds and add them too with coconut and red chillies. Toss everything well.
- In a mixer grinder add garlic and grind it coarsely.
- Then add coconut red chillies and sesame seeds mixture. Grind everything coarsely.
- Add salt and grind again.
- Remove the chutney in a bowl. Chutney is ready to be used.
