Anthony Anderson, star of "black-ish," had the rare treat of announcing Emmy Awards nominations for his own show on Thursday.

Anderson and "Gilmore Girls" star Lauren Graham took the podium to announce the top 68th Primetime Emmy nominations for the Sept. 18 show.

Anderson wasn't exactly subtle about his biases and screamed when he realized he was nominated.

"Wow!" he shouted. "Hi mama!" He also cheered for his co-star Tracee Ellis Ross and begged to say the name of his own show when it was revealed that "black-ish" had been nominated for Outstanding Comedy Series. "Let me say it!" he yelled.
