Clashes in Manbij as ISIL rejects rebel offer

Fighters of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) have rejected an ultimatum by the US-backed forces in Syria to leave Manbij by Saturday. The rebels launched an offensive last month to retake the northern city from the armed group.
