South Korean President Park Geun-Hye reiterates that North Korea's nuclear programme 'can never be tolerated' in a speech marking the anniversary of the liberation of the peninsula from Japanese colonial rule in 1945. Meanwhile Hundreds of South Koreans have their heads shaved in protest of the proposed deployment of a US anti-missile system.
